Product Features
Zirconia probe cores are sturdy and durable
The zirconia probe is made by ceramic welding, and the length of the probe core is close to that of the probe. It has strong thermal shock resistance and high mechanical strength
The probe adopts the method of installing the probe core from the back, which solves the problem of zirconium head cracking and gas leakage caused by thermal stress, and expands the oxygen measurement range by 10-30% to 100%O2
The zirconia probe with a heater can be directly inserted at a temperature as high as 900℃. The non-heating probe with a ceramic housing can withstand a maximum temperature of up to 1700℃. It is more suitable for use in high-temperature furnaces such as kilns and steel mills
The zirconia probe is coated with a special material (the electrode has strong sulfur resistance), and different electrode contact methods are adopted. The probe core uses an automatic telescopic spring top contact method, which is heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant
The zirconia probe core adopts a front and rear breathable design to form a gas flow channel, which increases the measurement response speed by usually 6 to 8 times and makes the probe less likely to be clogged by dust
