    The WIAG-IBR500 Electromagnetic Flowmeter is a high-precision and high-reliability flowmeter. It is used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines, and is widely applied in industries such as steel, electric power, petroleum, chemical engineering, coal, metallurgy, mining, papermaking, water supply and drainage, food, and pharmaceuticals.

Product Features

All-digital signal processing offers higher precision and better stability. It measures the mass flow rate of gas without the need for temperature or pressure compensation

The measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity

There are no flow-obstructing components inside the measuring tube, no pressure loss, and the requirement for straight pipe sections is relatively low

The converter adopts a liquid crystal backlit display, which makes it easy to read in direct sunlight or in a dark room

Parameters can be set through the infrared touch keys, allowing for safe Settings without opening the converter cover in harsh environments

The flowmeter is a bidirectional measurement system, equipped with three accumulators: forward total volume, reverse total volume and differential total volume. It can display forward and reverse flow rates and has multiple outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, HART

The converter is equipped with self-diagnostic alarm output, no-load detection alarm output, upper and lower limit alarm output for flow, batch processing control and other functions

It can not only be used for general process detection, but also for the measurement of pulp, paper pulp and pasty liquids

The high-pressure electromagnetic flowmeter sensor adopts PFA mesh lining technology, which is resistant to high pressure and negative pressure. The explosion-proof type instrument can be used in the corresponding explosion-proof places
