The Gas Online Monitoring System is a gas detection product for real-time online monitoring of flue gas, waste gas and other gases from various stationary pollution sources such as boilers, chimneys and pipelines. The Gas Online Monitoring System is composed of flue gas and waste gas detectors based on detection principles such as catalytic combustion, electrochemistry, thermal conductivity, non-dispersive infrared (NDIR), photoionization (PID) and optics, high-precision dehumidification and dust removal filters, long-life vacuum sampling pumps, rotameters, 24V power converters and circuit protection devices, as well as wireless transmission modules (optional). Its working principle is as follows: The product is powered by 220V, which is converted to 24V by the internal power converter to directly supply power to the flue gas and waste gas detector, vacuum pump and wireless data module. The vacuum pump operating internally actively draws external gas into the gas pipe, and the gas is then sent to the gas chamber of the flue gas and waste gas detector for concentration detection after undergoing efficient dehumidification, dust removal and cooling. The detected concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time. Meanwhile, it is equipped with 4-20mA, RS485, normally open and closed switch output ports, and also supports remote data transmission via the wireless HJ212 protocol. In addition, the Gas Online Monitoring System can be used in conjunction with factory equipment such as fans, valves and spray systems through switch signals. Furthermore, its monitoring data can be received in real time through special supporting software, which also enables unified multi-channel management and capacity expansion of monitoring points. The stored data can be queried for any time period, displayed in the form of curves, and exported as Excel files, making the monitoring data clear at a glance.
